We developed our Apricot Jalapeno Bratwurst together with Chef Wade Siever at Grapevine Restaurant (Gray Monk Winery). Chef Siever was looking for a sausage to braise with Gray Monk's amazing Riesling wine and serve with caramalized onions.
With just a touch of sweetness and a bit of warmth, the Apricot Jalapeno Bratwurst fit the bill. It's amazing on the barbeque, pan fried, or baked.
